How It Starts

TMJ tooth pain can start in many different ways too. Some doctors believe it begins with some trauma to that joint, while others think it is a hereditary thing, while others even just reduce the problem down to stress! As a sufferer myself, I can say that all three can contribute to it. I notice that when I’m stressed at work, my TMJ begins to act up and hurt worse.
